Most riders get a few evenings a week with their horse. Those hours should move you forward, not disappear into chores, hauling, or waiting on an arena.

Why This Place Exists
Horsemanship was hours and mistakes back then.
This is my Grandpa Billie, circa 1944, in Pawnee Township, Smith County, Kansas, with his horse Floss. This place is built to give you the hours.
The Facility
Built for riding all year
Thirteen stalls in a heated barn, two arenas and an indoor round pen, on 40 acres with Pikes Peak on the skyline.
