What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, on a Facebook or Instagram ad, or book a tour, we collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your horse or what you are looking for.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser, device type, and which pages you visited. We use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and collect this kind of information so we can see whether our advertising is working and show ads to people who have visited the site. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.
How we use it
To call or email you back about boarding, arena time, tours and events. To keep records for boarders and haul-in riders, including signed releases and Coggins tests. To measure our advertising. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not send it to anyone who is not helping us run the business.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to operate: Google (Workspace, Ads, Calendar, Forms), Meta (advertising), Netlify (this website and its forms), and Square (booking and payments). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable time after. Boarding records, signed releases and payment records are kept as long as the law and our insurance require.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you and we will do it — email info@twocreeksequestrian.com. Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email and we will stop contacting you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Riders under 18 are signed up by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
