STALL BOARD
Thirteen stalls in a heated barn, each with its own private run your horse can use all day — 500 sq ft on the open side, 300 on the lighted side.
OUTDOOR BOARD
Room to move with other horses and a shelter to get out of the weather, with hay fed morning and evening just like the barn.
The barn is heated only enough to keep water and pipes from freezing. We prioritize ventilation over warmth, because a warm, closed barn causes respiratory problems. Horses that need more warmth should be blanketed.
Quality grass hay, morning and evening. Grain isn't automatic — plenty of horses do fine without it. If yours gets grain, just say so: stall board covers up to $40 a month of it. Specialty feed, or more than that, is fed and billed at the difference. You supply supplements and we feed them at no charge.
Every stall opens to its own private run your horse can use all day, so it's never shut in a box. Turnout beyond the run is an add-on service.
Any time between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., every day. No appointment, no notice. Arena lights shut off at 9:15. If your horse is sick or hurt, come whenever you need to and call us.
Yes. Bring in whoever you want to learn from. Visiting trainers carry their own insurance and name Two Creeks as an additional insured.
Board is due on the first of each month, in advance, and is drafted automatically from the bank account you authorize. Services are billed with the following month's board. Arena hours are paid when you book them.
A negative Coggins from the last twelve months, current vaccinations (tetanus, Eastern and Western encephalomyelitis, West Nile, rabies, influenza, rhinopneumonitis), deworming on the barn's schedule, and farrier care on a regular cycle.
Board is month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice.
